Having been in the wedding scene for almost 10 years now, we’ve consumed a few cakes, nibbled on a few delectable hors d’oeuvres, be-bopped around plenty of DJs, bands and musicians and documented some pretty jaw-dropping celebrations and, believe it or not, shed our fair share of tears as well. Every so often there’s a wedding that blows our minds. We actually had quite a few of them this year, but this one was a personal favorite because it included so many of my personal favorite wedding vendors.
Corey and Sloan were really great listeners and planned an incredible experience for their guests based on a few of our suggestions. From Sloan adorning a beautiful BHLND wedding dress to treating everyone to one of the Fox Valleys adored musicians, Adriel Denae, the night was one guest will not soon forget. There was another local favorite, Julie Jilek, doing a live painting as the night progressed – what a perfect wedding gift! The bride’s mother and grandfather MADE the stunning chandelier you’ll see in this tent, Michelle from Flower Girl Design Studios brought life and personal touches to the tent incorporating Southern Magnolia leaves to honor the bride’s mother and and Sash and Bow were the planing crew that pulled it all together. What a day to remember!
