Time stopped for Jim & Jenni’s wedding day, quite literally. Jim’s watch, a gift from Jenni, stopped working the day before they said I DO. Almost as to say ‘Tomorrow starts a new story for you’ – quite possibly the most romantic way to acknowledge the end of battery life. No amount of rain or clouds could dampen the love these two poured into their day. It was truly a representation of their love for each other and the joy they intended for their guests.

Shortly before the party arrived at About Thyme Farm the skies darkened and the rain showered down in one last effort to claim the day. But unsuccessful as it was, smiles were spread across faces as they entered the magical and inviting space that Door County Event Planners had set up so wonderfully. Personal details were scattered through out including name stamped spoons in herb pots, canned dilly beans made by the bride herself and jars of jam (again, the amazing bride) for guests to take home after the music had stopped and the pie was finished off.
