Door County Destination Wedding {Horseshoe Bay Golf Club}

Curt and Theresa planned the most beautiful and personal wedding I’ve been to in a long time! Having spent many summers in Door County, they wanted to ensure their many friends and family traveling from afar would have the chance to experience the tastes and traditions of the quaint little harbor towns that line this beautiful coast of WI. From a fun night of s’mores and signing the ‘Anderson Dock’ wall at their rehearsal celebration to treating guest to the county’s infamous cherries with cherry pie, Wilson’s ice cream and homemade cherry bounce, guest left with a true Door County experience.

To cap off the night and to bring a little home town to their wedding the couple had an amazing – and I do mean AH-mazing – band from Chicago, The Spazmatics. If you are planning a wedding and looking for the perfect entertainment for a laid-back pack-the-dance-floor wedding please please please look into The Spazmatics. No one will ever forget your wedding!

Curt and Theresa, rain did not stop this epic part you threw to celebrate the official start of your lives together. I loved meeting you both and hope these will always remind you of your beautiful day on so many ways.

Door County Wedding Rehearsal {dinner and a bonfire}

For any couple planning a destination wedding in Door County, WI, I strongly urge you to include The Whistling Swan in Fish Creek as part of your celebration. Their amazing food, crisp organic decor and friendly staff will make this an unforgettable getaway.

Theresa and Curt were an amazing couple to work with traveling over four hours from Chicago, IL to Egg Harbor, WI for their destination I-dos. The friends and family that gathered from near and far were an amazing group of energy to work with. Kari and I had the absolute pleasure of joining them for a beautiful dinner celebration and an epic bonfire and dance party at a nearby friends home. The connection and interweaving of their friends was seamless and included a local Door County tradition of painting your name at Anderson Dock. The final piece will be a new art piece in their Chicago home.
