Being a new parent isn’t easy.  The sleepless nights, constant worrying if you’re doing things right and pure exhaustion are just a few of the obstacles you will face.  You lose your mind at times and you may even pour coffee in your cereal and that’s if you even remember to eat!  But I have to tell you… being able to look back at the tiny little creature you brought into the world is a remarkable feeling.

It may sound cliche but there truly is no place like home.

There are many grand feelings associated with becoming parents for the first time but certainly the first trip home is something truly special.  Home is a place that is our unique creation, a safe place to build memories, sooth one another and create everlasting love. For Heather and Paul, home got a little more special this holiday season as they welcomed little Aubryn into her first year of family traditions. I’m certain she was spoiled in all the sweetest of ways.
