Ryan and Sierra celebrated their New Years Eve the best way they knew how… they said I DO! It was one of the coldest days we’ve had yet this winter season with a high of 5°F. But the frigid temperatures could not dull the excitement that surrounded the day.
One of our favorite moments was right before the first look. When we plan a first look we like to do it as loosely as possible. This allows emotions to be the most important part. As we positioned Ryan, we noted the tears coming to his eyes setting a reality of the day. Our job is not taken lightly, we notice so many details including all those tears you’re excited to shed. After a reassuring smile, Sierra was on her way up to see her groom. Our hearts beat just as deeply as our couple’s in that moment, emotions pulling us in as we step back and keep snapping the shutter. Watching Ryan and Sierra embrace in a stream of sunlight and take a moment for just the two of them before beginning the best journey of their lives… that was our favorite.
Congratulations again you two, thank you for allowing us to dance in to the New Year with you both!
