Today was the day I wait all Spring for… the first day of strawberry picking! If you have never been I truly hope this is your year to try it. There is NOTHING better than a fresh field-picked strawberry… if you love strawberries that is. Our favorite patch is in Ripon at Prellwitz Produce. The Prellwitz family is near and dear to our hearts ever since being invited to tell their wedding story four years ago. Sam and Meg and their handsome little man even escorted us out to the best berry patch. As you can see I happy snapped a few of their newest addition.

If you do make it out, be sure to stop in and meet Ryan at Vines and Rushes, their new winery featuring hand crafted wines. A free wine tasting will sure to complete the trip!
